Brenna is the best realtor in the Tampa, Florida, area. My husband and I corresponded via phone and email with Ms. Eddins in the selling process of our home. She is a take charge agent who knows her business and does it well. She has the mindset and fortitude to make tough, independent decisions. As first time home buyers, meeting Brenna was the best thing that could have ever happened to me and my husband. When I called Brenna, to let her know that we were interested in purchasing our first home. She was so warm and welcoming on the phone. My husband and I did not know where to start or what to do in regards to searching for a home. Brenna took us beneath her wings and guided us the entire way. She really looked for homes that met our needs, and that were suitable for our situation. I was expecting my first child at the time, so Brenna made sure that I was near good schools. Any questions that we had, she was honest with us. She was easy to get in contact with, and she responded promptly to my emails. My husband and I are home owners because of Brenna.

I would recommend Dave and Troy to anyone who is looking for an extremely knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated realtor.  They began by making sure we were familiar with the area in which we were to purchase in, after a tour of the area, we were shown homes and asked for input.  We explained the features we liked, disliked, and on our second tour, every house matched what we were looking for.  By the third outing, we found the house we purchased.  Dave's negotiating skills were outstanding, not only did we get the house of our dreams, but Dave made sure we got a great deal. They made our home purchase extremely smooth,  they handled all communication with the mortgage and closing.  It was truly a painless process. Their follow up was impeccable as well.  They have kept in touch to make sure all aspects of the home were taken care of and that we didn't have any further questions.  I would definitely recommend Dave and Troy without reservation to anyone, they were great to work with.
