We had our eye on a piece of land for some time.  When it became available, there were so many other parcels available that we wanted someone with specific knowledge of the Wesley Chapel area to represent us and make sure we were getting a good deal.  Dave was wonderful.  His knowledge of the Wesley Chapel market and what was available was extraordinary.  He researched the area to make sure that we were getting the best deal possible and then negotiated a great price for us.   He handled all of the communication between our bank, the title company and the seller.  All we had to do was show up at the closing!  When it comes to Realtors in Wesley Chapel, Florida, Dave and his team at Seven Oaks Realty Group, are the best.

Brenna helped us buy a "Short Sale" home. She walked us through the process and kept us informed at all times. The purchase closed in only three months. They made our home purchase extremely smooth,  they handled all communication with the mortgage and closing.  It was truly a painless process.
