As first time home buyers, meeting Brenna was the best thing that could have ever happened to me and my husband. When I called Brenna, to let her know that we were interested in purchasing our first home. She was so warm and welcoming on the phone. My husband and I did not know where to start or what to do in regards to searching for a home. Brenna took us beneath her wings and guided us the entire way. They made our home purchase extremely smooth,  they handled all communication with the mortgage and closing.  It was truly a painless process. Their follow up was impeccable as well.  They have kept in touch to make sure all aspects of the home were taken care of and that we didn't have any further questions.  I would definitely recommend Dave and Troy without reservation to anyone, they were great to work with.
