Dave Mohren

I started Seven Oaks Realty Group in November of 2005 with a single purpose in mind: To offer real estate services in the Wesley Chapel Community that placed an emphasis on customer service, honesty, and ethics.  We do that every day at Seven Oaks Realty Group because we want to create a relationship with you not for one transaction, but for life!    A true east coast man: born in New Jersey, spent 20 years in North Carolina, and finally landed in Wesley Chapel in 2000.  I am head over heels in love with my wife, Kyra.  She’s my best friend and the mother of my two boys; Aidan and Evan.

I earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Dowling College in Long Island and spent the majority of my professional life in operations and sales for FedEx.

Brenna Eddins

Born and raised in Miami, I left Florida for Philadelphia, PA. right after I graduated from the University of Miami in 1976 to pursue a career in the big city. I loved the history and the architecture of that area and spent 18 years there.  I met my husband in Philly and two boys later his career took us to New Jersey where we lived for 9 years before moving back to Tampa so my oldest son could pursue his dream of playing tennis.  That was in 2003 and here we are still, enjoying everything Wesley Chapel and the surrounding area has to offer. My oldest has gone on to play tennis in college, my youngest is in high school in Wesley Chapel and my wonderful husband is a writer and teacher.

I started my career in real estate in 2004, working for a national home builder.  I soon learned that not only did I love this work, it would be my career for the rest of my life.  I transitioned from builder sales to
general real estate in 2008 and am as passionate about real estate today as I was when I started.  Check out an article about some of my clients on the Tampa Bay Times.

Phyllis Clark

I have been a Buyer, and a Seller. There are many phases that each group goes thru in these processes. To say the least, it is an emotional roller coaster.

My experiences involve many years of assisting and working with clients in new residential construction, existing residential transactions and commercial/leasing venues. I strive to maintain an open line of communication to accomplish YOUR goals and YOUR dreams.

I have been married for 24 years and have three children, ages 20, 16 and 13. My family re-located to Tampa and I spent well over two years researching Tampa and the surrounding areas. I became very knowledgeable of the school systems as I had a child in grade school, high school and entering college. I made it a point to get to know all the other “every day” amenities such as churches, doctors, hospitals and shopping conveniences, etc.

I come from a large family and working hard is very familiar to me! In fact, it is what drives me.

Troy Yoshihara

Born and raised in Tampa, Florida…go Bucs, go Lightning, go Rays!

I have lived here all my life and love everything Florida has to offer. This is where I met my beautiful wife, Joy (yes, Troy & Joy) and where we plan to raise our child. We are expecting our first this summer and look forward to sharing the many outdoor activities we enjoy here in the Sunshine State.
